Part 1, Regulating your body to strengthen your essence part 1

             Regulating and remodelling ones body and introduction to

             Level One Ziran Qi Gong - Tendon and meridian cleansing method.

 

Our training year starts 3 february 2014 and If you would like to attend an 8-week Ziran Qi Gong Beginners course Part 1, we will run the following courses:
